How do I cancel my CinderStream subscription?

Open Account, choose your current plan, and confirm cancellation. Access continues until the end of your paid billing period.

Can I upgrade from Solo to Duo or Household?

Yes. Use the Plans page or your account center to switch. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Where do I fix login issues?

Start on the Login page. If you are locked out or forgot your email, support routes through your active account information after sign-in.

Do downloads work on every plan?

Solo includes one download-ready device. Duo includes three. Household includes six. The current limits are listed on the Plans page.
